Our COVID Safe Commitment

We’re taking steps to ensure all out clients are protected whilst attending appointments with us.

As per the most recent NSW Public Health Order, we require all clients to wear a mask whilst attending their appointments and whilst using the gym facilities.

Any clients who have travelled to Greater Sydney Region or other Hot Spot locations defined on the NSW Health Website in the last 14 days will be asked to re-schedule their appointments, or alternately contact us to see if a telehealth appointment would be an option for you.

In conjunction with the facilities we operate out of, all equipment is cleaned and sanitised before and after use, and other contact surfaces are regularly cleaned.

We also ask that if you appointment is located at one of the gyms we operate out of, that you also bring a towel with you for use with equipment.
