Services We Provide

Medicare

We accept all medicare referrals for Allied Health treatment. These include: 

  • Chronic disease management (previously known as an enhanced primary care plan).

  • Type 2 diabetes management

  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander follow-up allied health services

Patients referred to us under medicare will be bulked billed for treatment, with no gap or out of pocket expenses*.

Department of Veteran Affairs

We accept General Practitioner referrals for Allied Health Services. DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment in conjunction with a current referral for the following**:

  • chronic conditions

  • injuries sustained in active duty

  • post surgery rehabilitation

  • general health improvement

Third Party & Work Cover Claims

Injured in a workplace accident or in a car accident? We are fully registered and qualified to treat patients under the State Insurance Regulatory Authority.

Patients with approval for Exercise Physiology Services can request to attend our clinic. Discuss your options with your case manager and GP  to see if Exercise Physiology would be beneficial for you. 

National Disability Insurance Scheme

We are able to provide treatment to patients who are have a self managed fund under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Please call or email us to discuss what services we can provide for you under your NDIS funding.

Private Consultations

Don't have any of the above referrals? That's perfectly okay. 

We can see private patients in our clinic or at home*. Our fees may be reimbursed by your private health insurance provider, depending on your level of cover.

We accept cash and all card payments. While we are unable to process your private health insurance claim at the time of your appointment, we are able to provide you with an itemised invoice and receipt for later submission to your health insurance company.
